Alizeh Shah Quits Social Media After Facing Online Bullying
Pakistani actress and model Alizeh Shah, known for her breakout roles in hit dramas Superstar and Ehd-e-Wafa, has officially announced her departure from social media following continuous online bullying.
The young starlet shared a final Instagram story, stating that she’s “quitting,” and referred to social media as “hell” before deleting all her posts.
Alizeh, known for her stunning on-screen performances, spoke openly about her personal challenges. Despite seeming confident on TV, she admitted that nasty and toxic comments were having a negative impact on her mental and emotional health.

She further stated that throughout her career, she never compromised on her values for work. Yet, she has continuously faced unfair criticism and hate.
Alizeh Shah, considered one of the most popular young actresses in Pakistan, made the difficult decision to step away from Instagram and other platforms after enduring months of hateful comments and trolling. In her final post, she didn’t hesitate to call social media a “toxic place” before wiping her account clean.
Having won hearts through her roles in Superstar and Ehd-e-Wafa, Alizeh became a household name. But behind the glamour, she was silently battling mental stress. Recently, she posted emotionally about feeling broken due to online trolling, saying, “I act strong, but I’m human too.”

The actress emphasized that she never took shortcuts in her career and always stayed true to her ethics. Still, the harsh judgment she received eventually led her to say goodbye to the online world.
Fans are heartbroken but supportive, flooding Twitter and Facebook with messages like “We love you, Alizeh!” Many are calling for an end to cyberbullying and urging people to be kind online.
While Alizeh Shah has stepped away from social media, she has not quit acting. Her fans remain hopeful that she will return stronger than ever with exciting new projects.
