Karachi (Weather Update) – The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has issued a forecast predicting heavy rainfall during the early phase of the Monsoon Season 2025, warning of possible flooding in lowland and mountainous areas of Sindh, Punjab, Azad Kashmir, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP).

According to the newly released seasonal weather outlook, central and southern parts of Pakistan are expected to receive normal to slightly above-normal rainfall during the 2025 monsoon season.
